How long will delivery take?

For IN STOCK orders confirmed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Once an order is dispatched the delivery timeframe depends on your location.

  • Main cities of SA will be 1 - 3 working days.
  • Non-main cities: 2 - 5 working days.
  • Rural/ outlying regions: 3 - 7 working days.

For BACK ORDER orders delivery can be 2 - 7 days on top of what's listed above.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely! If you're not happy with your goods then please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we can arrange to return the order to us for a full refund.
